The Hedgehogs are waterproof, highly durable GORE-TEX® bootie that stops rain and water from muddy puddles in its tracks. The Vibram® XS Trek outer soles deliver the optimal balance of high traction and durability without adding unnecessary weight or bulk. They have a supportive midfoot shank; the toe area gives added stiffness over technical rock, and the heel shape is optimised for comfort. Very lightweight, and comfortable until you walk in them. The balls of my feet were on fire after a while - very uncomfortable! Very disappointed
