How to claim?

Ordering online?
Please order online as usual and then call our Price Match hotline on 0333 188 5696, or contact us using the form below including your order number in the additional comments field. We will reply within 1-2 working days. If a match is confirmed, we will issue a partial refund to your order.

Price Match is only available to GO Outdoors Member's Card holders.
Once a Price Match request has been approved we will offer you the same price offered by the competitor. This excludes companies within the JD Sports Fashion PLC Group. You can view the JD Sports Fashion PLC companies by clicking 'Our Brands' at https://www.jdplc.com/.
The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.
Our Price Match can be claimed against any competitor in the mainland UK, including UK websites but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.
The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
We must also have the product in question in stock.
Gift vouchers, gas hire and gas refills are exempt.
Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.
We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable.
Our Price Match applies up to 7 days after purchase. Proof of purchase will be required, without exception. Any claims for purchases made in store must be made by returning to the store, with your proof of purchase.
All Price Match transactions are carried out at the discretion of GO Outdoors.
GO Outdoors reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Price Match at any time.

Speak to a member of staff and once they have confirmed the Price Match you can buy immediately! To claim a Price Match after you have already shopped please return to the same store with your proof of purchase and details of the cheaper price.
