Go Outdoors x Live for the Outdoors Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. Go Outdoors Retail Limited (“Promoter”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. We are the Promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Live for the Outdoors.
This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
1. What can you win?
There will be One (1) winner who will win the following bundle:

(each the “Prize“).
The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to the Promoter being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. The Promoter has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of the Promoter. the Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), the Promoter is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
2. What is excluded from the Prize?
The Promoter will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.
3. Who can enter?
Entrants must:
· be aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
· be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and
· have a valid Instagram account.
The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. the Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
The promotion starts on 27 July 2026 at 6:00pm and ends on 6th August 2026 (11:59pm) (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.
Entrants can enter the promotion by:
1. Liking our Instagram Post: https://www.instagram.com/gooutdoors/ ;
2. Following @gooutdoors and @livefortheoutdoorsweb; and
3. Tagging someone you’ll use the bundle with in the comments.
No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion
You may enter this competition as many times as you would like. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
5. How are winners selected?
All valid entries will be randomly selected via an electronic name generator by will be used to select the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).
The winner will be notified via Direct Message in Instagram and will be sent a parental consent form for their parent or guardian to complete. The winner must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize and return the completed parental consent form. If the winner does not accept the Prize and return the parental consent form within 96 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.
6. Winners’ Responsibilities
It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store. The Promoter will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7. Personal information
For full details on how the Promoter uses your information, view our Privacy Policy here: https://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/privacy The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for the Promoter to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.
8. Which law applies to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
9. The Promoter
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
Live for the Outdoors are the promoters of this competition and Go Outdoors are the prize providers.
