The hat comes in...
The hat comes in up a surprisingly small cover which has a helpful velco belt loop and when removing from its cover it fair leaps from its cover to expand to its full size just like a pop-up tent ... but quicker :-)
Unfortunately, I have been unable to try the effectiveness of it against midges as I purchased it using Go Outdoors "click and collect" service to take away with me on a two week trip to Scotland ... "click and collect" was delayed with a notification that the items had arrived at my chosen store on the second day of my holiday .... hmmmmm :-/
