Poor quality boots

Not waterproof
Bought about 18 months ago and not used them that much and it would have only been on dry or muddy walks. I got wet feet walking around on the snowy pavements of Oslo.I'm not happy. This is gore-tex!

Comfortable, tough hiking boots.
Bought these boots after having to return North Ridge boots which leaked. So far they have proved to be waterproof, comfortable and tough. Nice-looking design too. Just dropped one star, a bit heavy.

I've had two pairs of these. On the first, one of the lacing eyelets came off after 18 months and it happened again on the second after just 4 months. It's a shame as they are waterproof andcomfy.
