Key features
These waterproof and breathable trousers allow you to stay out even when it pours. The Kinemetic construction is based on an analysis of exactly how the body moves and uses the data to design trousers with optimum stretch and flexibility.
A fabric that stops rain from getting in but allows perspiration out may sound impossible, but the principle is quite simple. Raindrops are made up of many molecules of water, while sweat is in the form of vapour, which is usually a single molecule. This evaporates from the surface of your skin, through a base layer then out through the holes in the fabric which are big enough to let the vapour out, but too small to let raindrops in. Of course the technology required to create such precisely engineered fabric is far from simple.
Breathability is reduced if there is a lot of water clinging to the outside of the fabric, so their water repellent finish makes the water run off the outside of the fabric so the vapour can escape.

Did the job in Norway!
Took these to Norway with me. I was dry through my excursions. I am yet to see how they wear over time. I hear poor points about the crotch area

The description fails to give the weight so I can tell you that the Men's, large size weighs 460g

Kept me dry
I bought mine late March ‘23 for walking in the Peak District for a day and weekend event in July. July saw very wet weather. My experience was dry trousers and legs underneath. I’ll review again soo

Not waterproof at all
Great fit but not waterproof at all - first use on a wet winter walk on Dartmoor and leaked through the seams around the crotch. Soaked within the hour - avoid

Brilliant over-trousers. Comfortable, easy clean & dry
These are brilliant. On my second pair. First pair still good & fully waterproof. Great for golf and general walking in wet conditions. Dry quite quickly & easy to keep clean- just use warm water.

Absolutely Shocking
First impressions are good, nice fit, zips etc.
Bought to go out on mtb rides. They are awful at keeping your legs dry . First ride in the lake district got very wet and leaked. Not worth the money

Quality fades quickly
First use I was impressed. By third use they were useless. Seams leak very quickly and are the weakest link, but the rest of the material isn't very waterproof either. Not recommended.

Shocking low quality!
These trousers are not waterproof and get wet in 10 minutes in light rain. After two trips, waterproof taping inside the crotch area has come away. Avoid these trousers at all costs!

Great trousers - didn't last long
I bought these in November 2021 for my husband. They were great and fit really well, but after just 3 months the waterproof taping inside the crotch area has come away and let water in. Disappointing

Size large for me fitted perfect over tactical trousers with plenty of manoeuvrability - look very well made for keeping out water and seams sealed well. They also look and feel super stylish to wear.
