the part at the top of the set, that holds them together, snapped on first using the fish slice.

they're really brittle and...
they're really brittle and feel cheap so mine was delivered cracked on the pasta ladle.

For the price you pay they are ok. They aren’t fantastic, they are very basic plastic and tend to burn/melt quite easy.
We have used ours on two trips and some pieces need replacing already.
