I was originally happy...
I was originally happy with my purchase. I bought online for £72 for my husband as part of his Christmas present. This week though, my husband went shopping for a gift for his son and purchased the exact same jacket from Go Outdoors for £58. Not very good for me though

Unlike the old berghaus fleece, not at all thick and warm. Not worth the money in my opinion

Jackets using Polartec...
Jackets using Polartec Fleece are much better than other fleeces This is is polartec thermal much warmer but lighter polartec are also available.

Much Better from Berghaus
This fleece is exceptionally warm thanks to the Polartec Pro. It looks great especially in this slightly lighter navy blue and It holds its shape well even with phone and keys etc in the pockets, whereas other Berghaus fleeces seem to sag. I'm usually a Medium but opted for a small for a decent slim fit. Best Berghaus fleece I've owned so far. 10/10

Heavyweight Fleece
This is a warm fleece! It's quite thick and for my 52" chest (with long arms) the xxl fits
nice and snugly. The material is a little bit shiny but no matter and smart enough to wear for casual work. Pockets are lovely and chest one is very handy. My only problem is that I sometimes get too hot - because it's a warm fleece!
