Absolutely essential kit for Scotland!
I bought these for our trip to Scotland in June and wasn't sure whether we'd need them...man, I was WRONG. The midges were rife in the tropical heat we'd been subjected to! These were great at keeping them away....although when I got out of the fairy pools, I think I accidentally got some inside the net when putting it on to get changed, it was a choice between that or risk more without wearing it, so make sure you toggle it down tight to stop them creeping in! Visibility is affected a little bit when wearing it but I think it's more to do with the colour than anything else. They fold down nicely into little carry bags.

Smidge that midge
This is a very very fine midge net made to ward off the Scottish midge. Plenty big enough to go over a hat as well as a head. Does the job perfectly

Smidge head net
Recently went walking in the highlands and this was a life saver, keeps the annoying midges off your face!
Does make it a bit more difficult to see but not too troublesome, I always wore a cap under to keep it off my face, and easily fitted that under.
Just need to make sure you tuck it into your t-shirt as it doesn’t have a tightening mechanism at the bottom

Midges head nets
We got 4 of these head nets for fishing as the midges as very bad when we are fishing they are a god send get one you will be safe from the little monsters

Keeps the midges at bay
Used it for a 3 day weekend camping between two lochs. The midges couldnt get through the net. Would highly recommend for the price. Nothing worse that having to run about daft when the wee midges are all over you!
