Cracking
As a match angler it takes 2 made up rods, 3 poles and 12 top sections easily. Lightweight and sturdy. Perfect for my needs. Loads of room for feeder arms and more with the generous outside pockets.

Functional but lacks padding of better holdalls
As a basic model, it has most of the features of a decent Carp rod holdall with one notable exception - it has zero padding to protect the rods. In practice this isn't a deal breaker if you pack this last in the car/van. Obviously it's not for the serious Carp angler who may have invested a lot of money in his rods, but as a basic holdall for someone with more basic kit, it's fine
