They're made using dual-density EVA foam, to give an increased level of comfort and stability over similar products.
As well as wicking away moisture with their microfibre top sheet, the dual density foam footbed absorbs shock whilst providing unrivalled support, giving you a sturdy insole that provides comfort throughout the day.

long distance perfect
Bought two pairs one G20 and one G30. Cant seem to get G30 anymore. I used the G30 on the Camino 2015 and the G20 on another camino 2016. 800km each. Still using the G20. Got my moneys worth. v. good

Don't waste your money.
I had been cutting an old foam roll mat up to use as insoles. Each time I did the insoles I'd made lasted about a month before becoming useless. I weigh 12 stone and am on my feet in walking boots for around 8 hours per day.
I bought these Grangers insoles hoping for more longevity and more comfort.
Comfort wise there is no difference between these and a bit of old cheap foam mat. However, the FOAM MAT lasted longer! !
Within a week the Grangers insoles had compressed permanently to wafer this rendering them utterly useless.

Great product
These provided just the right extra fill to a pair of boots that had stretched and become too loose for my feet. Highly recommended as comfortable, not used them for long so not sure about durability.

These soles are great, they fit into my boots perfectly without any adjustments! They make my shoes very comfortable to walk in.

Happy feet
Since purchasing my new G20 trek insoles my life has dramatically improved. I feel as though I'm walking on heavenly candyfloss and even sleep whilst wearing my boots. Grangers are the luxury of choice for this mountain ranger.

Just the job
Bought to improve the fit on walking shoes. They feel good with more support than the standard insole supplied and at only £5 in the sale these have have been a very good purchase.

Bought as replacement insole for walking boots
I would not recommend this product. I bought them for a replacement set for my berghaus walking boots. I used them for 1 week whilst walking Hadrians wall, I could actually feel the plastic surround around the gel heal pad. I threw them in the bin as soon as I finished the walk, maybe ok if you were just going for a stroke around the park but not up for long distance walking.
