Purchased a set for my DIY hang-board in the house. Good variety of holds which can obviously be placed to make your workout as challenging as you like. If you're building your own board at home then this set is a decent starter for beginners and onward. Set comes with the bolts and T-nuts - just need to go get a hex key to tighten them up!
