First product sent was...
First product sent was drilled incorrectly, but when we eventually got a replacement it went together OK. Holes are still slightly out, but it's secure and ok
Excellent Product
Very stable helping my disabled mother in law to get in and out of their caravan when she is have an unsteady day, the handle is a just the right height to give here support.
Two step.
The steps are nice and easy to use but there was not a handle support as was shown on the pamphlet attached. As I was only passing through Southampton where I bought it I did not return to find out why it was not included
Caravan Steps
I found the steps super easy to assemble, very sturdy.
Stable step
We purchased this step due to me being unstable at times going up and down steps. This step is stable and the handle is just at the correct height for easy access to our bailey caravan . The handle comes separate and is easily attached with the provided Allen key it can go on either side. The only slight problem is that if the step is central to the caravan door it will not shut due to the handle. So we have it only an inch or so to one side, it doesn’t cause any problem but maybe making it slightly wider would be a good idea, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

Caravan step
The Steps are quite stable and the Hand rail is good and gives confidence to us oldies and the kids use it.My only concern is when weight is applied the steps spred from front to rear - a brace from front to rear would stop this happening !

Beware
The steps in themselves are good but be careful that you get all the parts and they are the correct parts.
These steps look good but they are not safe. I have a disability and when we used them first time the bottom step collapsed I fell through. The problem is the spot welding to secure it is not enough.
