Excellent biomechanical support, for the widest variety of foot shapes.
Designed primarily for tighter fitting footwear, Superfeet BLUE insoles feature their most versatile shape, and medium volume. The BLUE provides excellent biomechanical support for the widest variety of foot shapes.
Good all-purpose insoles, they are ideal for feet with low to medium arches that may not tolerate maximum support.
Recommended for cleated athletic footwear, running and hiking shoes, and all types of casual and dress shoes.
Superfeet Insoles are designed to be trimmed to give you a perfect custom fit if you need it.
Use the size chart to give you the nearest approximate size of insole that you need. Go for a size that's a bit too large, rather than too small, you can then trim the insole down to the perfect size for your feet and footwear.
(You can either trace around your footwear's existing removable insole, or around the footwear itself, and then trim it down to size.)

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet.
Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

painful
I have been using the blue insoles for a while for shorter walks of about 3 hours duration and in this time I had no problems with it. Last week I started a section of a long distance trail and after about 8 miles I felt a distinct discomfort in the inside of my left heel. When I had a closer look I could see that the grey hard plastic was digging into the side of my heel. I tried to cushion it with paper, but by the end of the day it was very painful to walk and a similar pain had started on the right heel. The grey plastic support is very sharp and though cushioned by the foam above, it forms a ridge distinct enough to creat a long blister.
Great Product
I have osteoarthritis in both my feet and was due to embark on another Camino 150 miles.
To try and alleviate the pain I bought these insoles.
I also used both walking poles and a heat pad after each walking day.
My feet had virtually no pain and were blister free.
I would say it was a combination of all three that helped my feet and would certainly recommend these insoles.
Does what it says
This product does what it says, but nothing more. It is comfortable and I had no blisters on a 3 day hike. Therefore, I am quite pleased with it as my previous insoles had completely worn out, but it is very expensive - hence the 2 stars.
I've had cheaper insoles but this is the only one that is both comfortable & effective. I've had them about 18 months now and no sign of wear. I have indoor shoes as slippers were too unsupportive.
