Lemon Tarragon Chicken Salad

A quick and easy meal that will have you eating lunch or dinner in just a few minutes!


  • 1 pack shredded cabbage (coleslaw)
  • 1 can or pack cooked chicken (omit for vegan)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 lemon – juiced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh or dry tarragon
  • Sea salt

What you'll need

  • 4L sealable food bag
  • Knife


Put the cabbage, chicken, sunflower seeds in am4L sealable food bag and toss.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the bag and add the oilmand tarragon. Toss again to distribute the dressing.

Salt to taste, makes 6 servings.
