Does what it says on the tin.
These work as they should, the sac material quality is very good and the price dosen't break the bank unlike other brands.
HOWEVER the newer sacs have cheaper clips unlike when they first came out.
Bought this product for a hiking trip in Iceland, i mean when you buy I dry bag you expect it to keep your items safe and last for longer than 2 weeks. The strap to close it broke within 2 weeks.
