Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.
Bought size 45 (other shoes Shimano 45, Lake, 44)length is as advertised, width is tight, but OK for slender/normal fit. No-No for wide feet. Very comfortable after 80mile ride. A bit heavier than av.
Great looking shoe, feel like good quality but run very small! I normally get 11.5 but really struggling with this shows as they are very tight in all areas. Would definitely recommend get a size up.

Bought these as they were inexpensive for commuting
Chose the dial fit ones over the velcro starp ones based on my experience with Boa dials
I recommend them, the dials are a basic, hardish to tension
