Being my 1st dropper post i have nothing to compare it to, that being said im very happy with it.
Ok so 1st ya got to instal it, not that big a deal, quite straight forward, i found keeping the cable attached as i inserted the post into the frame a bit fiddly, but a little bit of tension applied to the cable sorted that out. The rest of the set up was a breeze.
Just a matter of running the cable along the desired route and securing with a few cable ties.
A clamp goes on the handle bar.
Feed the cable through and tighten the bolt.
The action is overall smooth and predictable, i have experienced a bit of sticking on occasion, quick blast of 3in1 oil sorted that.
Conclusion,, would i recommend, yes i would.
Would i buy again. Yes in fact im going to buy another today for my other bike.
Only reason I haven't gave 5* is simply because I have nothing to compare it against.
