Measuring tips

Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Added Comfort
Bought shortly after the purchase of new boots to ensure maximum comfort, it’s hard to determine the extent of the difference they make. They did feel better than those that came with the shoes, and I particularly like that they’re designed to go through the washing machine. They appear good quality and well designed, but these insoles just enhance already comfortable boots, and won’t transform unsupportive shoes. If you get good boots these will make them better - but if your boots are uncomfortable, put the money into new boots instead.
These solved my issues with making my new walking boots so I could walk with total comfort.
