GO Outdoors Delivery Information

Member's Cards

Orders that include a Member's Card will be split, and any other items in your order will be delivered separately as shown in the table below. You will receive an email containing your new Member's number within 48 hours, and this can be used to shop online and in store. Your welcome pack and physical Member's Card will take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.

Delivery types

Contactless delivery is now used as standard on all orders. All deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm. Customers who have created an account can view their order progress in the member's area.

Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays, so orders placed in the days before a Bank Holiday may take slightly longer than advertised. At these times the delivery estimate shown in the checkout will show when to expect your order.

Standard DeliveryYou will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order is dispatched. Orders for multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.
Current delivery times are 3-5 days.
Standard delivery is £3.95 or FREE for orders over £80

Next Day DeliveryOnly available on items under 35kg. You will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order is dispatched. Certain items, such as bikes, cannot be shipped Next Day. In these cases Next Day Delivery will not be available in the checkout.
Order before 5pm, to receive your order the following day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)
£5.95, or £3.95 for orders over £80.

Click & Collect the same daySelect a store, and reserve your items ready to collect and pay in store. You will receive an order update from store within 1 hour (during opening hours).
Please wait for confirmation that your complete order is ready to collect before travelling to store.
FREE

Click & Collect in 3-5 DaysSelect a store, and if your items are not available in that store you can pay now and have the order delivered to store. Your order may arrive in more than one part.
Please wait for confirmation that your entire order has arrived before travelling to store.
£3.95, or FREE for orders over £80.

Heavy Item DeliveryDue to their weight, items over 35kg will be delivered by a specialist 2-person delivery service. You will receive order updates from the courier once your order is dispatched.
Current delivery times are 3-5 days.
Heavy Item Delivery is £9.95.

International Deliveries

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. 

Remote or Rural Deliveries

Some more remote parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach. We will do all we can to deliver to these areas at our regular prices, but delivery times may be delayed. In rare cases of very large or heavy orders an additional charge for delivery may be required, and if so your order will be delayed while we contact you. If in doubt, please contact us for more information before ordering.

Isle of Man postcodes IM. Delays up to 48 hours.

Isle of Wight postcodes PO 30-31. Delays up to 48 hours.

Aberdeen postcodes AB37-AB56. Delays up to 48 hours.

Inverness postcodes IV1-IV63. Delays up to 48 hours.

Falkirk postcodes FK19-FK21. Delays up to 48 hours.

Kirkwall, Orkney postcodes KW1-KW17. Delays up to 48 hours.

Delivery Days and Bank Holidays

Our Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. E.g. an order placed on a Friday after 5pm for Next Day Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday.

Bank Holidays are not normal working days and therefore are not available for delivery and should not be included in processing times.

Further Information

All valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. We reserve the right to charge more for delivery if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.

We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges in future without warning. Any changes made will be advertised on this page. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of we deem it necessary, or to charge for delivery where the wrong delivery type is specified. We reserve the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to deviate from our published delivery charges if necessary.
