Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Not waterproof….
Had these for a few short weeks. Was doubtful due to the low price but took a chance on the DofE endorsement and ‘waterproof' description. Wet grass kills soaks them through. Soggy socks!
Cheap and comfy but NOT remotely waterproof
A short walk in wet grass and they are drenched inside and socks could be wrung out.
Best boot for the money
I went to a 5 day music festival. Rain and mud the whole time. You couldn't even see my boots, just mud cakes the whole time, other people were wearing wellies. Never slipped over, my feet and socks never got wet at all, the whole time. Easy to step out and into. Washed up ok after. If I see them in the sale again, be buying before these ones wear out. (they were for hiking)
comfortable boot
easy to put on and supportive - reasonably good water proofing but can get in on the sides in bad conditions - they don't grip to slippy surfaces like other boots though - tread with caution! -

I like them, very comfortable,18 months used for walking, country and fell then used as work boots down the allotment.
Good support and price, better than the heavy leather boots I used to use.
I’ve had more robust flipflops
After 6 months of light use both soles had to be re glued.
Not much grip
Boots are very comfy to wear, keep your feet warm and dry. However the grip on the soles is not that great. Slipped over whilst descending the Malvern hills. Lost confidence in them.
Bought these purely for dog walking, paths, fields, tracks etc. Easy stuff. They were fine for 10 months, never had a problem with leaking or anything until the sole of the right boot just came away.
