It’s easy to forget that you’re wearing the HeadLamp 425 thanks to its 85 gram weight and super-comfortable headband which has 3D SlimFit technology. The tech, which is used in BioLite’s more advanced torches such as the 800 Pro, weaves the electronics into the headband for a flush, slimline fit.
No disposable batteries are needed thanks to the Micro-USB rechargeable battery. The headtorch is capable of 425 lumens, which gives a beam distance of 85 metres (approximately the size of a football pitch). It is the mid-level product in BioLite’s series of HeadLamps and provides an optimal blend of performance and weight. It is ideal for mountain hikers, trail runners and any outdoor enthusiast who likes to explore before or after daylight.

Supposed to offer high output for 4 hrs, I barely get an hour out of it before the low battery warning flash. When recharged fully, 48hrs later it drops to 50% without even using it.
