The hood is form-fitting but not too tight so you can get a helmet on underneath, and the cut is tapered but not too constricting.
The fabric features Grid technology that allows moisture to easily vent from the cracks between the islands of insulation. This, in addition to the pockets, offers some level of ventilation, making it a perfect pick for aerobic sports.
It's made using Rab's Thermic Stretch fleece, a mid-weight, super-stretchy, comfortable and quick-drying material which will last for years and is as easy as a cotton t-shirt to take care of.

Quality mid-layer!
I got this for under £38 thanks to the price matching available but even at full price it's well worth it. The outer fabric feels great and is similar to soft shell, and the inner is so comfy! Buy it!

Bought this too in the sale for £39, I’ve used it twice now with a day pack and the whole back has now bobbled so bad
That a side, it’s a great mid layer, maybe to warm (but I run hot)
