Their lightweight and flexible construction makes them suitable for running as well as walks and hikes, while the durability and grip levels ensure they’re reliable during light scrambles. The third generation of the MQM, these shoes benefit from a partially recycled construction, improved lacing design and a new, grippier Vibram® TC5+ sole.

Almost perfect

Horrendous
Got these for a 40 mile Charity walk. After a break in period of about 50miles, I had to change to trainers 10miles into the walk as I had massive blisters and painful feet, my walk was excruciating.

Disapointed even though these had good reviews
Were comfortable BUT within four weeks they started to separate at a heat sealed join near the ball of the foot where your foot bends. Go Outdoors replaced them but I went for a pair of Meindl.

I always wait a good few months before I post any reviews and this is actually 12 months. Overall the shoes are fantastic, Sole has worn more than I normally expect from Merrell the only drawback
