Amazing bag, no problems
The bag is amazing, has taken me throughout Europe without any issues.
Unlike the other review, the flap can be tucked away and secured with Velcro at the bottom.. they clearly didn't check

One obvious design oversight makes this product unusable.
This bag has an obvious design flaw- the large flap which covers the 2 shoulder straps cannot be tucked away when undone, making the shoulder straps unusable and pointless.
Will be returning.

Excellent travel bag
I’ve had quite a few rucksacks and travel bags in my time but this is one of the best designed ones I’ve seen. I can get just about everything in for a trip & I can carry it just abt any way I want.
