used 3 times, last time the poles jammed and had to leave them in a skip as they would not fit in the van. very poor quality. the pole bag is the only useful item as can use it again

I’ve had this shelter up in my garden for over 2 weeks and it has keep all my garden furniture dry! Great shelter!
Cracking shelter!
I bought this despite a review posted by someone saying it wasn't waterproof under heavy rain. On Friday 14th July 2023 we had torrential rain and myself and guests all stayed dry with side panels.
Torn!
Set this up on Saturday for the first time for a BBQ, instructions are a little sketchy. The main reason for a low rating, the material was torn, straight out the packaging already damaged! Not good
Great canopy but NOT waterproof
Bought this as a replacement to our gazebo that had given up the fight after great service. Do not be fooled by the description - this leaks under heavy rain and is NOT fully waterproof as advertised.
Didn’t realise from picture that this has a webbing strap to pull it all together wanted to use this indoors to create a cosy area in preschool strap would be a trip hazard. Go Outdoors refunded thank
