Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

As waterproof as a pair of socks
On my second or third wearing I walked through a field of dewey grass and my feet got soaked. Peter Storm should be ashamed of these shoes, and Go Outdoors embarrassed to sell them

I’m a size 8 and they do feel a small 8 so maybe order a larger size and a thick walking sock!

These boots are the least waterproof I have owned, although regularly treated with Nikwax they leak at the first sign of wet ground.
Could not possibly recommend, avoid unless you want wet feet!
