There are plenty of features that make this a durable shoe, such as ripstop abrasion-resistant fabric and a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane that doesn't let rain get in the way of you making progress on the trail.
The energy produced from the Energy Cell Midsole will be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. The higher you get in the midsole, the EVA becomes less densely packed, which will make every step feel comfortable.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor and against a wall
- Make sure you are wearing the same socks that you would normally wear with this type of shoe
- Wearing these socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.
- Then use a pen to draw a line just in front of your big toe. Repeat for both feet and take the longer distance to determine your size.
- Using a ruler, measure the distance between the wall and the line you drew to find your size.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.
