The coat arrived and looked like a good waterproof coat, but why do designers think that women don't need an inside pocket in a coat? I will be returning it for a refund which is a shame

This is a great jacket but I was expecting a hood on the undercoat also. It seems they have changed design but havent changed photos on website so take note there is not a hood on the undercoat.

Lovely coat. Shame I had to take 1st one back due to stitching on the pocket coming unstitched after 3 wears. I took it back for exchange and the same thing happened again to both pockets 1st time.

A very lightweight inner coat, really warm without any weight at all, love it. Waterproof outer coat is totally waterproof and the two coats fit together perfectly and also fit well separately.

I'm really disappointed as I was expecting an inner hood on the inner part of the jacket which is pictured. I have learning disabilities and didn't notice this until I took the tags off very upset

I ordered size 10, which came with NO hood on the inner 'jacket', and I didn't like the way the sleeves had been finished, The whole coat is not warm enough for me!

I’ve had this coat for a year and it’s perfect for all weather, just wish they did it in other colours.

I ordered 2 different sizes to see which would fit best, but they were different! The 8 had an inner hood (as advertised) but the 10 didn't, not happy as the additional hood is needed for my trip.

Love this jacket, ive been looking for ages for longer length waterproof jacket that's warm, lightweight and stylish that doesn't cost the earth. Hood doesn't drop over my eyes. Perfect!

The perfect coat. waterproof, windproof, adaptable (removable inner liner). What i particularly like is the fact that the zip works both ways so you can release the bottom of the fastening which gives greater walking freedom.

So far so good. Its not amazingly warm, but should be fine for milder days in winter. Its been waterproof so far. Its a nice fit and true to size. It also looks nicer on than I imagined. I bought it for walking the dog.

Wanted a longer walking coat. This one is ideal very light has inner jacket which keeps you warm. I always go up a size as I like walking coats to be loose so you can layer up in the winter. Very pleased with this jacket looks stylish too.
