Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

These are very comfortable leggings, however sadly the seams on the inside of the thighs have frayed and now split. Only 8 months old.

So comfortable and feel wonderful when hiking, not restrictive at all. On a 3-hour hillside walk, I had forgotten my waterproof over trousers... it was cold, windy and rained for almost the whole time .... Not a problem with these leggings!!! Highly recommended!

Wore these for the first time today and they kept me toasty warm even though it was frosty and I was walking the Pembrokeshire coast path. They are so comfortable and are a lovely fit.
These have been some of the best leggings I own, soft, warm, good fit however mine too have split on the seams on the inner thigh, very disappointing
