Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

I am unable to write a review on the Brasher Men`s Belt as the item I picked up from Go Outdoors ( click and collect) was a different brand, a different colour and a different price from the item I ordered.
I do hope this mistake was just a one off.
