When heading outdoors in the cold or rain, you can put these trousers on over a pair of thermal pants, then fold them and stick them into a stuff sack later because they will stay pretty dry in wet weather.
They have an adjustable waist to maximise comfort.

Waterproof and windproof spot on!
First pair of waterproof/windproof trousers I've bought & first time I wore them to walk the dog & amazed at the warmth/windstopping capability, wet stuff wasn't too heavy, but still kept legs dry

Advertised as waterproof trousers but when they arrived the tag says they are over trousers. They are excessively baggy at the bottom and have no way to tighten. OK if that's what you want. Returning
