A good fit with a long back to minimise draughts. Well made with spacious pockets. Makes a warm winter jacket when used with zip in fleeces. Overly plain in appearance.

I've been enjoying the benefits of my jacket for over 10 years and despite nature's best efforts I have remained dry and warm thanks to my varying interactive fleeces. The extra length is a godsend.

Yes, I am quitesatisfied with this Jacket to replace an old blude Berghaus GOretex jacket I bought more thatn 20 years ago. Wore it on the Yorkshire moors in wind and rain - and it is sutably windproof and rainproo, and long enough to keep my backside dry!
Only minor dislike is the cuffs. I would prefer if they were not elasticated, but just adjustable via the velcro strap

Jacket is great, bought this as a replacement for one l bought previously which lasted for about 20 years, hope this one last as long.

Got this to replace my old one which I've had for many years and they keep your pockets dry because of the long length hope this one is just as good. Can be used all year with layers or a tee shirt just the job.

It’s not rained since I bought this jacket. It has the usual Berghaus fit and the longer length will prove to be a bonus when the rains arrive.

Brilliant coat, very comfy and warm.

I haven't been in a downpour yet but it seems pretty waterproof so far. Otherwise it seems well made.

I bought my self a new Berghaus coat as I work out I had to wash and followed instruction on label its now lasts five minutes in the rain before being wet though I am now back to using 3 coats a day

I have had this Jacket for about 4 month, can not fault it, has kept me dry in some horrendous rain storms. I bought a size bigger one in order to wear a down jacket underneath when its colder.

Recently purchased the long cornice jacket from Go-outdoors. It was purchased to replace my 14 year old cornice which is finally 'wetting out' despite regular washing / proofing. Great value / quality

A well made quality garment, generous long length and a good hood. If i had a criticism there are no easy hand warmer pockets

I bought one of these two years ago and the receptacle at the bottom of zip fastener has always been difficult and has now dropped off, so the zip is no loner serviceable. Otherwise it is excellent,

Pros; The length is perfect and the cut is good. The poppered zip storm flap works well, hood is useful.
Cons; Lining is horrible, Zips are poor quality and the polyester shell leaks after 2 years.

Fits nicely but hasn't been tested in hard rain but Gortex should withstand it.
Unsure if the zip will undo from the lowest securing position as it can be unzipped from this position by pulling the zip upwards.
Looks nice.

Exellent coat I hv been walking the dog's in the recent down pour totally dry exellent coat can't recommend bergaus cornice long jacket.
I also wore their waterproof trousers and BOOTS. Over the yrs iv tried many different makes of clothing and footwear.Berghaus are the best for the price and Quality. PAY the extra you won't be sorry.
