The Original BUFF® is a versatile multifunctional tubular accessory with 4 way stretch, designed to help keep you warm in colder conditions whilst wicking away moisture to keep you cool in warmer weather.It's made from recycled polyester microfibre, obtained from clear plastic recycled bottles supplied and certified by Repreve®, and has a seamless construction which gives you great next-to-skin comfort.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

you can't beat a buff . probably the most versatile bit of kit you'll have on you on a solo or multi day trek. the uses are wide and varied I think most hikers/trekkers will have one . if your reading this and don't have one then you probably need one.i lost my hat on top of a mountain I was staying on over Christmas ,wind chill -8/9 on a weather app , thank god I had my buff it proper saved me.
