Fantastic bit of kit

Better than specs.
First of all the specs are wrong. This tent is actually lighter. The whole package as delivered is 3.0 Kg but if you loose the bags, footprint and couple of the very heavy pegs the real life and fully functional weight is actually 2.6 Kg which is amazing.
Secondly, you won't believe the space inside. All walls are actually vertical so you can literally sit up properly (I'm 6' 4" / 18.5 stone) and use the whole floor area of the tent. It's actually possible to play twister inside if you wish :)
And third to top it off. You get two massive vestibules and two exits. This tent you no longer for surviving a downpour, you can actually comfortably live in it, packing your stuff, changing clothes or even cooking (in the vestibule).
Tents have evolved a long way and this is a pinnacle of design, functionality and modern fabrics, and for this price! Read reviews on MSR website, it will be the last tent you will buy for many years. Absolute perfect balance of weight, durability, price and functionality.

Have to agree with the previous reviewer that this tent is fantastic and the second MSR tent I own.
Pitching and striking is easy, space inside is very roomy but tight for three.
Each extra person gets a bit less room... 1 man tent gets 85cm of width, 2 man each person gets 65cm, 3 man each person gets 58cm and so on... so really they're 1man, 1.75 and 2.5
Nice balance between weight and fabric durability (the Hubba fly sheet is much more delicate) so this would stand up to more rigorous use.
Could be used for backpacking or car camping.
It was a toss up between this and one half the price but I returned the cheaper one... You get what you pay for.
Can't recommend it enough.
