Granger's shoe brush ...
Handy hardwood brush with moderately stiff plastic bristles. The brush is primarily for buffing off dried mud (not polishing) and can be used on either leather or synthetic hiking boots. It also has an angular shape which makes it particularly good for hacking off chunks of dried on mud. Use with care so as not to damage boot. I would recommend wiping off excess mud with a wet cloth before it dries out and then use the brush once the boot is bone dry (preferably in airing cupboard).
