Hard to adjust
Mirrors are hard to adjust once fitted and quite fiddly, once one they are ok but find myself relying on the smaller end mirror and my car mirror rather than the large mirror! Once you get your head around that they do the job but they are the cheaper end of the market!

Cheap but shakes a lot!
So I got these on offer at 2 for £20, good value. Better than nothing but as in title even when the straps are tight the larger flat mirror shakes so bad at speed that it's completely unusable, the smaller curved mirror is fine though. I've had them for about a year now and the rubber straps are starting to crack after being used around 10-15 times.
I wouldn't buy these again to be honest.

absolutely shocking!!
These mirrors are going straight back!!! They shake really bad! They move whilst driving that they had to be altered every few minutes otherwise there was no way of seeing anything.
Driving a range rover so thought theyd be perfect for that as they are recommended for 4x4's.
Small mirror once is place was helpful but dont want to drive for hours relying on that one.
Waste of money!
Like others had said i didnt want to give one star but you have to!

Rubbish
These mirrors are totally hopeless. The inside mirror wobbles and vibrates so is of no use at all. Outside mirror is stable, but too small to be much use. Fitting straps are a pain and very difficult to fit. I even taped the mirrors on tightly and securely on with electrical tape to try to get them stable, but no use. If I could award MINUS stars I would. Definitely not recommended. Interestingly I met someone else who had them and their opinion was the same.

Good BUT
The idea is great, the fitting is a bit fiddly made harder if the lugs don’t fit between the mirror and the housing. Altering the length of the bands takes time. Once they are done all is good. Once they are fitted and adjusted they are great. Bad point, once you set off and get going the large mirror tends to vibrate and things are blurred but the small wide angle mirror is great.
All in all a good idea. You need to keep an eye on the fixing bands during your journey. I can see them snapping after a few uses or the buckles snapping as they are a bit on the thin/delicate side.

Maypole Mirror
Good quality product but not suited to Freelander 2 as mirror vibrates and doesn't fit tightly to the mirror housing, moves a lot on the motorway.

Bought these to fit on a Peugeot 5008 (2012). First point is that the flat glass vibrates like a vibrating thing in vibrating season, also scared they may fall off , I have to gaffer tape them on.
