Key features
Designed to protect against small tears and holes from stones and rough, uneven ground, the Vango Icarus 500 Deluxe Tent Footprint will prolong the life of your tent over many happy summers.
It will cover the entire floor area of the tent, and is very easy to remove and clean on your return from camp. (It's slightly larger than the footprint for the 2011 version of the Icarus 500, to accommodate for the increased floorplan area)
It also keeps the rest of the tent clean when you're packing away as without the footprint the tent will be wrapped up together with the wet and dirty groundsheet as it is attached at all times.

Footprint
This was a good buy, never had anything like this before and deliberated about buying one. However it did protect the tent a little more and added extra insulation. Would definitely recommend.

Vango footprint for Icarus 500 Deluxe tent
Very good fitted the tent well. It was sturdy and came with its own pegs.

Footprint Icarus classic
We bought this as the weather was so bad excellent purchase protected the underneath of the tent and saved alot of cleaning when taking the tent down highly recommend anybody buying a tent to get one of these only one point I would make it could have done with extra eyelets for extra pegs in the middle just to pull it a bit tighter .

Bought with new tent. Worth its weight in gold. When arrived on sight grass was a little damp. It fitted perfect for tent and when taking tent down not a drop of water or mud on tent just a bit on bottom of footprint.
