Practical and very comfortable. Ignore the reviews that complained about fading. That is literally what they are designed to do (it says so on the label!) They're designed to look vintage after washes

I love Kuhl Revolvrs & have owned a good few pairs over the years - but I won't be buying them again.

They wear through in higher abrasion areas (eg inner thigh) in ~6mths. Shocking at this price!

Bought a pair of these and was initially really impressed. They seemed well-deigned and produced and felt really comfortable. However, some washes later the fabric seemed to fade and also wear quite badly. Areas of high contact such as the pockets got very worn and ragged looking. Crease areas worn through. (I have Rohan trousers that have lasted 2 decades and jeans even longer but these just trousers are not up to coping with much use.
Functionality was also a big problem.) Great in fine weather but these trousers are completely useless in the rain. I wore these out on a walk to the local farm shop and in the rain on the way back got soaked to the skin (literally down to the underwear).
In summary: liked the cut and design and very impressed initially but these trousers have not lasted long and have proven a fine weather product. They are not robust and long lasting and represent poor VFM as outdoor trousers.

As soon as you put them on they feel special - the fit is fantastic - unrestricted without being baggy. Fabric feels lovely. Extremely comfortable for anything.
They are a nice looking trouser for casual use, they don't look like hill-walking trs.
Neutral - the popper is only moderately secure - fell down in the pub, possible user error!
Negatives - it seems frequent (or any) washing will change the great appearance from smart to faded - OK if you like that, and having £80 trs that look cheap.. Probably too much cotton in the mix to be good in drizzle (will feel wet). Possibly less durable than a nylon trs, The phone/wallet pockets aren't secure, I can see things falling out in the car / climbing stiles etc let alone more gymnastic things.

Fit is bang on, look good and seem to be wearing well. Great for hiking, climbing and day to day stuff - so good that I bought two pairs.

The only slight negative is the name - Kuhl. Hmmmm.
