Not to sweet, not too salty, just right
Delicious and filling. Great balance of salty and sweet. I ?? Chia seeds.

Not really into all these modern super foods but thought I'd try this as it's a reasonable price. Tasted good, not too dry like you're eating budgie seed, perfect end to me packed lunch. Never sure these things really give you much of a boost, but I'll buy again.
