The Scarpa Cyrus Mid GTX is a higher-cut version of their popular Cyrus GTX walking shoe.
They're lightweight, comfortable and supportive thanks to the 'Direct Injection Construction', and their 2mm water-resistant Nubuck upper with GORE-TEX lining keeps you dry and protected even in the wettest climates.
A higher ankle offers more support and weather protection, while the PU midsole has a low weight and gives you outstanding underfoot comfort.
The Scarpa 'Energy L' outsole gives plenty of traction for a wide range of underfoot conditions.

Comfy boots, shame about stitching
These are so comfortable, but the stitching came apart at the toe area after only a few months. Bought a second pair and the same thing happened again. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying a third pair.

Great Boots
Owned about 3-4 weeks now and covered roughly 150km between Dartmoor and the SWCP. Hiked in rain, snow and mud. Waterproof, comfy, stable. Would highly recommend and they look stylish too. Love them!

Poor for the price
Slippy on pavements and wet stones. I could feel every stone underneath...not enough support and haven't lasted very well.

Scarpa Cyrus GTX
I've only had these a week but I'm disappointed. A few other reviewers have noted the sole is not grippy enough , despite what it says in the description. I was slipping on dry stony paths .

Very comfortable but poor stitching
These are the most comfortable boots I've owned in 30 yrs but 2 pairs have had the stitching come undone when there is plenty of life left in the boots. This left them not waterproof. Won't buy again.

Would recommend
First pair had a faulty insole, no issues with exchanging them but it did mean I didn’t have time to break in. Did 15 hard miles on all different terrain, straight out the box and no issues at all.

Stitching!
First pair were brilliant,lasted at least 10 years,so bought a new pair at the end of 2021.Same experience as many others,the toe stitching came undone within a year. Manufacturers should rectify this

Disappointing
I first purchased my boots in August 2021. I returned them in June 2022 as stitching was coming undone. The replacement pair are now cracking across the instep. I have cleaned and reproofed regularly.

Comfortable boots but stitching split
These boots are so comfortable straight out of the box however the stitching at the toe splits. First pair split after 6 months and I was given a replacement pair which also split and let's in water.

Love these boots, super comfortable and great grip BUT first pair split after 12 months and second pair after 4 months. Didn’t bother trying again. Such a shame.

Inferia sticking on tow cap
I've had two pairs of these boots now and on both pairs stitching went on the toe cap area. I ready wish the manufacturer would rectify this as otherwise really comfortable boot

I’ve had two pairs of these boots one being a replacement for the first pair where the stitching had come undone in less than 6 months.

Been great but cut short due to stitching
These boots have been great!Totally waterproof, non slip, supportive and very comfy.They have been looked after, but sadly the stitches went, like other reviews. lots of wear left but now useless

Same problem with stiching
These boots are the most comfortable ones I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the two pairs I’ve had have both split towards the toe making a hole therefore rendering them useless in wet weather.

Had for year and half
Comfortable and broke in easy, heel has worn down and unfortunately stitching has split. I have worn them 5-6 days week walking dogs and on hikes in all weather. wont buy again with stitching

Thought for the money Scarpa would be good . Very comfortable and padded unfortunately they are so slippery I can't even walk down my garden path without slipping. Dangerous on any wet surface,

Stitched up
My replacement boots had the stitching collapse in exactly the same place near the toe as the first. V comfortable but useless.didn’t bother to get 2nd replacements

Comfortable boots, but so slippery on damp or wet stone and pavements. No grip at all in icy conditions so can only really wear in dry weather. There should be a warning as I can see this is an issue.
