The Lifesystems Mountain Leader First Aid Kit is used by survival training schools in the UK. It has been designed with the help of expedition doctor Hugh Montgomery and members of the British Special Forces medical team.

Great new features with this 1st aid kit but use by date wasn't great so will need replacing a bit sooner than I hoped

Brilliant compact kit that is a must when walking mountains or camping as a group. Perfect for keeping people safe and possible that you may come across someone in need. I have recently traveled to the mountains in Kerry as a group of three with me carrying the emergency items and mountain first aid kit while another carried fire equipment and another the cooking equipment. Luckily we have had no need to use the life systems mountain leader first aid kit but it’s great to know it’s there just in case.
