Shopping online has been made as simple as possible. Just login to your account using the email address associated with your membership, and as long as your membership is valid the Member's prices will automatically be applied at the checkout.

You will be able to see the updated price and check it before you pay.

Your Member's Card will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, or the date of last renewal.

There are a few places you should be able to find your Membership Card number.

1. Check your email inbox for the digital copy. When you first purchased your Member's Card, you should have received an email with details of your card number.

2. If you still receive our monthly updates via post, your Member's Card number is on the envelope.

3. If all else fails, you could always contact our customer care team by clicking HERE and select the subject "I have a query or problem regarding my Members Card"

Yes, a valid Members Card is required to redeem any additional coupon discounts.

Your Members Card can take up to 15 days to arrive by post. An email should be received within a few days with confirmation of your membership number.

The Member's Card entitles you to purchase our products at the best prices, give you access to the Price Match so you'll always be able to get the cheapest price, and also you'll have the chance to be the first to shop new product ranges and take advantage of exclusive offers.

Absolutely, as long as your membership is still valid.

• In-store our staff will be able to confirm your Membership details at the till.
• Online you can simply login using the email address registered with your account, and Members prices will be applied.
