In the unlikely event that there’s a problem with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know.

In most cases this is due to a split shipment, where parts of your order are being sent from different locations.

This can also happen for Click & Collect orders, where part of your order may not have been available in the store you selected and is being sent separately.

Why orders get split

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, items can ship from different location which means some items can be ready before others.

If your order status shows as collected but neither you nor your nominated person collected it, please contact customer care immediately. This could indicate an unauthorized collection and we'll need to investigate this for you right away.

We have recently updated our process to better serve our customers. We no longer offer replacements for delivery issues, damaged items, defective products, incorrect orders, or other order-related problems. Instead, all eligible cases will be processed as refunds.
