S’more are a campsite staple. Melting the marshmallow before sandwiching it between two chocolate biscuits, its tough to resist one when its offered up. This traybake takes all those same components, merges them all together for a super loaded gooey treat that will satisfy a sweet tooth 10 times over. Be warned though, it gets messy enjoying it. Switch things up by using your favourite biscuit or a flavoured chocolate bar for a unique twist you can claim as your own.

Ingredients
  • 400g Digestive Biscuits
  • 125g Salted Butter
  • 200g Milk Chocolate
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 400g Marshmallows

Method

Preheat your grill. Crush all of your digestive biscuits. You can do this by placing them in a bag and lightly hitting them with a utensil or using a food processor at home before you set off to camp.

Place a deep baking tray onto your grill and add the butter into it. Once melted, add the crushed biscuit and stir to combine before smoothing out into an even covering on the bottom of the baking tray

Chop both chocolates into small pieces or alternatively grate it. Scatter the chopped chocolate evenly over the top of the biscuit.

Finally place marshmallows on the top until the tray is full. Close the lid on the Tour and Grill CV Plus and allow to cook and melt. You want the chocolate to melt and the marshmallow to molten and lightly brown. Turn off the heat and spoon out the gooey sweetness. Enjoy.
