Campsite Rocky Road

This simple rocky road recipe is great fun for the kids when camping—easy to make with no oven needed. The best part is letting them lick the chocolate spoon while you mix in all the gooey, crunchy goodness.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g Maltesers
- 70g butter
- 6 digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)

- Pan
- Bowl
- Sandwich Bags
- Spatula
- Foil
- Tray/Container
- Knife
Method
Melt the chocolate, honey and butter over a low heat in the bowl, over a pan of water, being careful not to burn the chocolate
Set aside to cool slightly
Bash up the biscuits in a sandwich bag until there is a mixture of chunks and powder
Add the crushed biscuits, marshmallows and Maltesers to the mixture and gently fold until all the ingredients are covered in chocolate
Pour into a foil-lined tray or plastic container. Press the mixture down, pop in the fridge or cool box and leave to set for around 60 minutes
Cut into slices and serve
