When is the event happening:- 4th-6th September 2026 | Gilwell Park

The Scouts Gilwell Reunion Park Festival Event returns this September as volunteers from across the UK gather at Gilwell Park to celebrate 100 years of the Gilwell Reunion.

A longstanding fixture in the Scouting calendar, the reunion brings adult volunteers together for a weekend of learning, practical skills, inspiration and social events. It provides an opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers, discover new ideas and celebrate the impact Scouting has in communities nationwide.

We are proud to return to the event, continuing our partnership with Scouts since 2017. Over the years, we have supported Scout groups and volunteers through outdoor expertise, equipment and dedicated services. The reunion offers a valuable opportunity to reconnect with the people who make Scouting happen and celebrate their commitment to helping young people gain skills for life.
