Crispy Chipotle Burgers with Spicy Slaw

Ingredients
  • 3 skinless & boneless chicken thighs (or breast)
  • 4 tbsp chipotle paste
  • Brioche buns
  • 1 packet of readymade coleslaw
  • 3 slices of cheese
Equipment
  • Campingaz Tour & Grill
  • Silocone basting brush
  • Tongs

Method

Turn on and preheat your grill.

Once hot, place the chicken down and grill on both sides until they're crispy.

Then brush chipotle paste on both sides and cook for a further few minutes until extra crispy.

Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked through (juices to run clear), turn the grill off and place a slice of cheese on top of each one and pop the sliced brioche buns inside to warm through.

Close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.

If you wish, add another tsp of chipotle paste to the coleslaw and mix until combined.

Finally, assemble the burgers how you like them and that’s it!
