Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

I've had mine about 7 months now and it's been to the 3 highest peaks in Scotland, England and wales and has been worn 3-4 days a week since. It's a great, warm stylish top and is the one I usually reach for when I feel the chill. It's getting a bit bobbled now but that's to be expected. I usually wear a medium and so that's what I bought and it fits perfectly.
