We will do all we can to deliver to these areas at the standard cost of £4.95 but prices and delivery times may vary. If in doubt, feel free to call us for more details.
	We believe that the outdoors should be accessible to as many people as possible, and price our goods accordingly, which is why we offer every UK customer fast delivery for a standard price of just £4.95 (currently FREE for all online orders over the value of £70) regardless of order value or size. Regular Deliveries If you live in any of the areas marked here in BLUE, you'll get your order as quick as our terms state below. Remote / Rural Deliveries However, some more remote parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach. If you live in any of the areas marked in YELLOW, you may have to wait a little longer for your order, we may also have to up the postage charge due to courier charges.   You can check availability of these services by entering your postcode in the basket, the system will automatically tell you which services are available. Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity.

"3-5 working days" – Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 5 days to UK mainland.

"1-2 working days" – Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 48 hours to UK mainland.

"BFPO" - This type of delivery is for Armed Forces ONLY and cannot be used for civilian or business deliveries.


When you place an order, you will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order, based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.

In busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.  Once your order has been made online, it goes through our picking, packing, labelling and dispatching processes.  After these processes have been completed, most goods (excluding small or very large items) will be shipped by courier on a next day service. 

The order will be delivered during office hours and will require a signature. Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.

 

We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances, if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges. 

We currently cannot offer delivery of our products outside of the UK & Ireland.

 

At GO Outdoors, we love the environment (and the outdoors) and we want to keep them great for everyone!

This means that where available, we recycle as much packaging as we can that comes into our stores and website.  That includes everything from our suppliers, our importers and anything we can find that will keep us green and more environmentally friendly.   

We therefore try not to purchase any extra parcels, packets or boxes - so the package you receive may not look pretty, but we're pretty sure that the packaging we aren't purchasing will lead to less in landfill sites. A greener world for you to GO Outdoors. 

All BFPO orders will be charged at a £4.95 delivery rate.

Delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules.
Our standard delivery cost can be used for any other address in mainland UK.

We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges in future without warning.

Any changes made will be advertised on this page. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of we deem it necessary, or to charge for delivery where the wrong delivery type is specified.
